The QUIET CHECK 30-0041 check valve prevents water in the discharge line from flowing back toward a sump or drain pump after it stops. Its spring-loaded flapper closes before flow reverses to reduce water hammer and plumbing noise. The clear body allows visual inspection of water flow and conditions inside the valve.
