It is important to contact us if you wish to return a tool. All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase, in new condition. No returns on parts and special orders.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE RETURN

The shipping costs for the return are at your expense. We do not refund shipping charges on your initial purchase.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Send us an email at [email protected] explaining the reason for the return, the invoice number, the model number of the item in question, the type of treatment desired (exchange or refund) and your contact information.

Wait for our reply by e-mail to approve the return and then proceed with the shipment of your parcel.. Please note that we do not reimburse the initial shipping costs incurred by the return.

When shipping the product in its original packaging, include a copy of the invoice with the return number that we will have given you.

RESTRICTIONS

Spare parts for tools and some accessories are not returnable.

Final sales such as liquidations and sales of used products cannot be returned.

Custom-cut products cannot be returned.
