This self-centering jig comes with everything needed to route hinges and lock mortises on new doors. The self-centering feature keeps the HingeJig™ in place during routing without using screws or nails that can leave holes in a finished door.

Fits All Doors
• Adjustable settings allow for use of the door hinge jig on all standard size doors of 1-3/8" and 1-3/4" thickness.

Works with Multiple Hinge Sizes
• Rout hinge mortises for hinges from 2-1/2" to 4-1/2"

Route Different Radii
• Cut professional hinge mortises with radii of ¼", 5/8", or square. (Chisel required)

Unique Design
• HingeJig™ design eliminates the need for multiple inserts to route different hinge corner radii

Create Lock Plate Mortises
• Kit includes templates for routing common door lock plate mortises of 1" x 2-1/4", 1-1/8" x 2-1/4", and 1-1/8" x 2-3/4".

Integrated Depth Adjustment
• Adjust router bit depth with built-in depth gauge for smaller or larger door hinges.

Self-Guided Router Bit
• Includes custom router bit with ball bearing for clean and smooth door hinge mortises.

Integrated Storage
• Contains built-in storage compartments for router bit and available self-centering hinge bit (not included) for convenient retrieval
