The DrillBlockPRO™ takes portability and accuracy to the next level with more guides and features than any other metal drill guide. In one drill block, you can drill perfectly straight holes from 1/8” to 1/2” in 1/64” increments. The DrillBlockPRO™ has hardened steel guide bushings for: 1/8”, 9/64”, 5/32”, 11/64”, 3/16”, 13/64”, 7/32”, 15/64”, 1/4″, 17/64”, 9/32”, 19/64”, 5/16”, 21/64”, 11/32”, 23/64”, 3/8”, 25/64”, 13/32”, 27/64”, 7/16”, 29/64”, 15/32”, 31/64”, and 1/2″.

The 25 drill guides come on a single block on two centered rows. Convenient centering lines for each guide make sure that the block is aligned perfectly. The unique Dual V-Groove design also allows each and every guide to drill centered onto flat stock, round stock or on 90-degree corners.

The DrillBlockPRO™ is also made to last. The durable 100% heat-treated steel design with natural finish will stand the test of time in any work environment. It is great for woodworking, but also ideal in the metal shop and around fabrication. The wide body and flat surfaces allow for easy clamping to make sure the block stays in place. If held in the hand, the ergonomic sweeping design comfortably follows the contour of the hand.
