The BOSCH GAL18V-160C turbo charger charges BOSCH and AMPShare™ 18V lithium-ion batteries with a maximum charging current of 16 A. Its Power Boost™ mode speeds up charging of compatible batteries, while active cooling with two fans helps control battery temperature. Its Connected-Ready design supports an optional GCY42 connectivity module, sold separately, for access to additional information and charging modes.

• Standard and Power Boost™ modes selectable directly on the charger.
• Power Boost™ mode charges a depleted CORE18V® 4.0 Ah battery to approximately 50% in 9 minutes or 80% in 21 minutes.
• With a depleted CORE18V® 8.0 Ah battery, Power Boost™ mode charges to approximately 50% in 15 minutes or 80% in 26 minutes.
• Charging to 100% is available in Standard mode; Power Boost™ mode limits charging to approximately 80%.
• Active cooling with two fans optimizes charging times and reduces overheating risk.
• Five-LED indicator displays charging progress.
• Indicators show charger status, errors and connection status.
• Bluetooth® connectivity available with the optional GCY42 module to view battery status and access Max Lifetime and Storage modes through the compatible Bosch app.
