Processing and shipping
Depending on the total purchase amount, product dimensions and shipping region in Canada, certain shipping charges may apply. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and shipping time is between 1 to 3 buisness days if all products are in stock. We mainly use Canada Post, Purolator or Flagship a shipping broker.
Please note that this delivery does not require a mandatory signature.
ATTENTION: extra time may apply during busy periods (promotions, black friday, post-Christmas sales, etc.).

1. IN-STORE PICK-UP - No preparation fees
When making your purchase, choose one of our three stores: Sherbrooke, La Prairie or St-Hubert. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for preparation, depending on available inventory at the selected store. An e-mail will be sent to you when the order is ready for pick-up. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to the store. Identification will be required for pick-up.
2. SHIPPING BY CARRIER
For all orders under $125 before taxes and less then 50 lbs, shipping costs within Canada, with some exceptions, vary between $12 and $25. These will be calculated in your shopping cart according to your postal code. We do not ship abroad.
*Shipping costs for your order may vary depending on the characteristics of the product purchased (volumetric weight, length, height or width) and your postal code.

Please note that items over 48 inches in length, width or height will require additional shipping charges.
**For packages of 90 lbs or more, we will need to contact a large parcel carrier and calculate a shipping charge, which will be communicated to you in the days following your order.
Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
In accordance with current Canadian regulations, we are unable to use the above-mentioned transport services to send certain dangerous or flammable goods.
SHIPPED WITH YOUR OWN CARRIER - No preparation costs
When making your purchase, please select my carrier. Enter the name of the shipping company and your account number. We will ship with this information.
*Free shipping condition: remote areas
If you are a buyer in a remote area, a surcharge may apply for shipping costs. One of our customer service representatives will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the shipping charges.
You must pay these charges or refuse to complete your purchase. In the event of refusal, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
