Freud Premier’s unique adjustable rail and stile system allows you to create perfect doors from materials 5/8 in to 1-1/4 in thick. It also features Freud’s patented technology for producing extra-strong long tenon joints. The system includes adjustable shims to fine-tune the panel groove from 5.5 mm (7/32 in) for thinner plywood panels up to 9.5 mm (3/8 in) thick for larger solid wood panels. Offered in five different profiles to suit any project. For added versatility, optional cutters are available for making double-sided doors, as well as an optional cutter for building glass and screen doors. For use on table-mounted routers only to machine hardwood or softwood.
