The Einhell cordless file belt sander 4461010 is a practical, handy tool for grinding and deburring hard-to-reach areas. As part of the Power X-Change family, the file belt sander can be used with any battery or charger from the system. It comes with two interchangeable grinding arms with different widths. The narrower 3/8" grinding arm is perfect for tight spaces and for grinding very small, intricate workpieces.

With the wider 1/2" grinding arm, even larger, flat surfaces can be tackled. The grinding arm can be pivoted by up to 90°, which gives the flexibility to work from various positions and makes it easier to machine hard-to-reach areas. The speed regulator allows the sanding belt speed to be adjusted between 820-5527 ft./min, so it can be tailored to the workpiece at hand and the desired material removal rate.

This means the tool can adapt to wide variety of materials. For more time-consuming work, the handy and lightweight cordless file belt sander has a lock-on button. The sanding belt can be changed via a tool-free, lever-operated mechanism, and the belt tracking is adjusted by a screw on the sanding arm. Thanks to its ergonomic design with Softgrip surfaces, the file belt sander sits comfortably in the hand. The rugged motor housing has a Softgrip cover so it can be used an additional handle for easy handling. The grinding arm casing is made of solid metal.

For clean work, a dust chute adapter is included, allowing, for example, Einhell wet-dry vacuums to be connected. The item includes a 12-piece set of sanding belts in two belt widths (two each, 60, 80 and 120 grit), two grinding arms and a practical transport and storage pouch. The tool does not include a battery or charger. These are available separately.
