Shipping fees at $9.99

With the purchase of $100 or more before taxes for a package under 50lbs delivered in Quebec*, shipping fees are at a fixed rate of $9.99 for a limited time. The fixed shipping rate is not applicable for commercial accounts or resellers.

Additional charges may apply if you are in a distant area. One of our customer service representatives will contact you as soon as possible to transmit the full charges. In that case, we ask you to accept or refuse the charges to conclude the purchase. If you refuse, we will cancel and give a full refund of the original order.

We reserve the right to withhold the order until full charges are paid.

SHIPPING COST

When you place an order and you choose to be delivered by our carriers, your transport cost will be calculated based on the weight of your order real and volumetric) and your delivery zip code.

The website is connected to the API (Application Programming Interface) with Canada Post and Purolator to find you a real cost of transportation based on your delivery address.

At the time of checkout you will have to choose between a delivery and pickup.

The choices of deliveries or pickups are:

Pick up in any of our stores

  • You get to choose the branch where you wish to pick up your order.
  • No shipping costs will be charged to you.
  • We will confirm that we have your order ready to pick up at the branch you have chosen.

Delivery by your carrier

  • We will need the name of your carrier, your account number and telephone number to contact them.
  • If you wish to insure your shipment, please notify us.
  • No shipping costs will be charged to you from us.

Delivery by our carriers

  • When selecting a delivery by our carrier you choose between Canada Post and Purolator as long as they are in your area and that the weight is not approximately over 100 lbs.
  • Amounts will be offered for both carriers, you should choose.

Delivery of large packages (over 100 lbs) by our carriers

  • In the case where Canada Post and Purolator does not offer that kind of carriage, we will contact our carriers for large packages to calculate transport costs, and we contact you within a few days (1-2 days) from your order.
  • We will need to know the following information for fixing the transport cost.
    • The order will be delivering in a residential area?
    • Does the carrier must take an appointment?
    • For unloading, a hydraulic platform (Tail Gate) will be necessary? The carrier only discharge pallet. If you are not equipped to unload and you did not select this option, an additional fee will be charged.
    • Do you have a loading dock?

Note: If for any reason that that additional fees are charged by the carrier, you must pay them.

  • You have to pay your order only when we have mentioned the cost of transportation that you can choose to refuse.
  • If you accept the fee, you will have to connect to the Internet in your account on our website and retrieve the command to make the payment.
  • If you refuse transportation costs order will be simply erased from your record.

Each order will beconfirmed by email.

At the time of this confirmation in general, plan 3 to 5 working days to receive your merchandise. With some products, the time limit is up to 10 working days. In the case of rupture of inventories we will contact you to give you a date.

We do not ship to postal boxes.

During holidays, it is possible that the delivery may be delayed.

At the moment we ship to Canada only.

We can not deliver hazardous or subject to freeze. For example: Washes, solvents, paint, varnish, thinners, glues...
